The key is to choose a section that captures the essence of the song or sound, usually the most recognizable hook or beat. Once you have your audio source ready, you will need to create the shortened version.
Using the Shortcuts App to Create a Ringtone
The Shortcuts app is the official Apple tool for converting audio into the .m4r format. To use it, first locate the song in your Music app, tap the three dots next to it, and select "Add to Shortcuts Library."
