Locating the Live Chat Interface
The live chat is typically positioned on the right side of the video player when you are watching a live stream or YouTube Premiere. If the chat is minimized, you will see a small chat icon floating near the player controls.
Expanding the Chat Panel
If the chat is hidden or collapsed, you can expand it by clicking directly on the video player where the chat icon is located. Alternatively, you can click the speech bubble icon specifically designed to open the chat sidebar. Once open, you will see recent messages appear in real time, and a text box will be available for you to type your own comment.
Requirements for Participation
